Strategy
Our strategy is to target 5-20 unit apartment buildings in class B or C areas within the secondary market of Columbus, Cincinnati and Cleveland, Ohio. We want to identify assets with rents below market rate, owned by land lords with at least 27.5 years in ownership to leverage seller financing options. The plan is to increase rents to strengthen our equity position, make improvements on the buildings and hold for at least 20 years. The end state is quality affordable housing for our communities that provides consistent returns for our investors.
